Job Description: G design group SEO departament seeks an experienced SEO Senior Manager urgently to lead the team. After a series of new business wins, we are developing a new SEO team for the successful candidate to spearhead!
Current salary 410.000 AMD

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
» Raising the understanding of SEO across other parts of the company
» Demonstrate strategic input and mentoring of other team members
» Ownership and account ability for all clients in portfolio
» Independently manage and lead high value client campaigns, setting a high standard of service
» Identify issues behind client escalations and outline resolutions with relevant internal teams
» Understand and convey technical principles for SEO
» Escalate client problems or issues with SEO Team Leader as soon as these occur
» Identify and pursue client upsell opportunities
» Adhere to best practice SEO at all times
» Effectively manage the communication and deliverables for all clients
» Plan, organise and develop all client deliverables
» Understand and effectively convey SEO knowledge, tools and techniques to clients on a continuous basis
» Understand and adhere to client KPI's and ROI targets on an ongoing basis and work toward these at all times
» Provision of client deliverables as per contract
» Independently manage and take ownership for a portfolio of clients
» Update all clients on major industry developments (search marketplace and client industry online)
» Provide high level industry standard service to all clients
» Demonstrate proactive account management and value add to accounts driving client satisfaction
» Conduct and deliver high standard client meetings and presentations
» Conduct and create high standard client training as required
» Project manage SEO strategies
» Monitoring documentation of services

Required Qualifications
Skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
At least one case study should demonstrate your expertise in website testing using Website Optimizer.
experience of using competitor analysis tools
strong Excel, Website Optimizer, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and CMS skills
experience of managing PPC campaigns
Having direct agency SEO experience.
Masters in Marketing or MBA a plus.
SEO experience in the Enterprise, Content or Search Engine.
Attention to detail with a focus on analytics.
Familiarity with social networking and bookmarking sites.
GAIQ strong plus

Additional Notes: The right SEO Manager will display a passion for online technology, convey strong numerical, literate and analytical skills, and have a real demonstrable passion for SEO. They should also be able to demonstrate how their SEO know-how has improved rankings significantly for other businesses.
They should also have AT LEAST 2-3 years in an SEO (search engine) role, working with senior or key clients.
