6- TREATMENT OF POST-CALL, BACK-OFFICE
Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer's call
- Retain the client or prospect
- Commit to achieving the goals set by the client payer
- Informing the client on offers and services
- Advising the client on a specific request
- Assist the client in a specific approach
- Detect customer, prospect needs,
- Argue about products and services
- Make business proposal (sale,making appointments, detection of the project)
- Realize sales acts (treat bank coordinates)
- Qualify a client, prospect file
- Enrich a database with personal knowledges
- Form and be informed: to update its knowledge about the offers and the process
- Getting the information to alert responsible for its failures and / or abnormalities related to calls, the process, offers or technique
- Contribute and participate in the updating of tools (bible, FAQs, databases ...)
- Conducting operations fulfillment (shipment documentation, enveloping)
- Perform the treatment of the information of various data
Required Qualifications
University degree in Economics/Marketing or Management
Excellent knowledge of French Knowledge of Microsoft Office
