We have created not only advanced search where you can search resume by specific keywords, industry and other search criteria but also see where highlighted keyword is appearing in the resume. 	Recruiter.am was one of the sponsors of CAPS.am Annual Information Technology Career Fair . On May 16, 2008, CAPS Project, Armenia will hold an IT Career Fair aimed at strengthening and facilitating the IT jobseeker network by bringing together employers and job seekers. The event which is co-organized by three major universities offering IT specialty - the American University of Armenia, Yerevan State University, and State Engineering University of Armenia – will be held at the American University of Armenia. Third- and fourth-year students from various universities of Armenia, as well as graduate students and recent graduates will be invited to attend the fair to learn about prospective employers and present their credentials to employers. By serving as a referral and information center for various IT programs and companies, the event will contribute to the facilitation of the hiring needs of local IT companies and the employment needs of public and private university students and local job seekers, as well as present graduates with advance information on employment and the labor market situation in their respective fields. Prior to the event, CAPS Project, Armenia will conduct an information session for participating companies, as well as provide training for companies in good recruitment techniques. University students will participate in resume writing and successful interviewing workshops to become better prepared for the Career Fair.	15/05/2008
